Fyffe Country Lodge - a 5 Star graded Rammed Earth luxury B&B lodge
Chris & Colin have owned the lodge since 1996. Prior to purchasing this Rammed Earth luxury B&B lodge we owned a lodge in Nelson where Chris attended to the daily running and learnt restaurant skills whilst Colin concentrated on obtaining Crane qualifications and went on to Tug & Marine qualifications.
This Boutique lodge in Kaikoura came with a new experience for Colin who decided to master some excellent culinary skills. The lodge now has 2 national awards and has their own brand of Seafood Chowder.
Both of us work extensively in the Kaikoura B&B lodge gardens and the greatest achievement is the amount of repeat business we have had since owning this Kaikoura Exclusive Lodge. Some of our international guests have been back four and five times to stay with us.
